Returns, Refunds & Order Policy – Magnolia & Vines 🌿

At Magnolia & Vines, each item is carefully selected and fulfilled through trusted partners. Due to the nature of our inventory and fulfillment process, all sales are considered final.

All Sales Final
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing, fit, or change of preference. We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, sizing details, and photos carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Please email magnoliaandvines@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Each case is reviewed individually. If your claim is approved, Magnolia & Vines will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or alternative solution based on availability.

Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, Magnolia & Vines reserves the right to cancel the affected item(s) from your order.

If an item cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment for the unavailable item(s).

Magnolia & Vines is not responsible for inventory discrepancies that may occur due to supplier availability.

Dropshipping & Return Limitations
Magnolia & Vines operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model. Because items ship directly from our suppliers, we do not maintain a physical return facility and are unable to accept standard returns.

Customers should not send items back unless explicitly instructed by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Order Processing
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, changed, or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Magnolia & Vines is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

Sizing Disclaimer
We provide sizing charts and fit guidance to assist with your purchase. However, fit may vary based on body type and personal preference. Magnolia & Vines is not responsible for sizing-related issues.

Chargebacks & Policy Agreement
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. Chargebacks filed in contradiction to these terms may be formally disputed using order records, tracking confirmation, and policy acceptance at checkout.
