At Magnolia & Vines, all items are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Because of this, shipping times and packaging may vary.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Magnolia & Vines is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Magnolia & Vines is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
